Meeting and set off time: 2pm setting off 2.30

Difficulty level: Easy - Moderate - Hard - Very Hard - Severe      Generally considered easy to moderate walk, it takes an average of 2  hours to complete.

​Parking: You can use the free car park (BD23 5ED) next to Yorkshire Dales Sailing Club just off the B6265.

​

Weather: If the weather turns against us, we will all go to The Craven Arms, Appletreewick pub

Walk & Summary: The reservoir walk is 4.5 miles long, time 2 hours, and features a mostly well-surfaced path with a few unsurfaced areas that can be muddy.

Summary: The Beautiful Grimwith Reservoir is located in the Yorkshire Dales in North Yorkshire, England. It was originally built by the Bradford Corporation as one of eleven reservoirs in the Yorkshire Dales to supply fresh water to Bradford. It is the largest reservoir owned by Yorkshire Water in terms of water storage
